Hua You Construction (Pvt) Ltd is a leading piling and construction services company in Sri Lanka, headquartered in Battaramulla. It began in 2002 as Hua You Enterprises and became Hua You Construction in 2008, led by Chairperson and Managing Director Mrs. S.T.S. Kumari Cao. Founded as Hua You Enterprises, focused on small construction and piling works.以 HUA YOU ENTERPRISES 名称注册成立，初期专注于小型建筑与桩基工程。

2010 – 2015
Landmark jobs including Sri Jayewardenepura University and the Ocean Lanka garment factory; long-term partnership with China Harbor Engineering.完成Sri Jayewardenepura大学工程、Ocean Lanka服装工厂等项目，与中国港湾工程公司建立长期合作。
2016 – today至今
Russian Embassy (2,500 piles), Lotus Tower jet grouting and bored piles, Norochcholai power station and the Matara Railway (3,500 piles).承接俄罗斯大使馆桩基项目（2500根桩）、莲花塔喷注桩工程、Norochcholai发电站、Matara铁路项目（3500根桩）。
